- Provide infrastructure for cross-platform system tests of software and instruments
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand and implement their test infrastructure and automation needs
- Improve and extend our Python system test framework
- Assist developers in root-cause analysis of test failures and in bug fixes
- Assist developers in automating existing manual tests
- Excellent knowledge of Python and the pytest framework
- Experience in testing combined hardware and software systems is a plus
- Familiar with tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, and Ansible
- Experience with the Flask web framework is a plus
- Eager to work with new technologies and to continually keep up to date
- Team-oriented, reliable and self-driven
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
